1. Do your services include washing and conditioning treatment?
Yes! All services include professional shampoo and conditioning treatment unless otherwise noted in the service description.
2. Is hair included with braid services?
Hair is included with most braid services. Premium hair, human hair, boho hair, and specialty blends may require an additional fee depending on the style selected.
3. Do you service men, women, and children?
Yes! Lovely Braids & Twist proudly provides services for men, women, and children.
4. What ages do you service?
Children's services are available for clients who can sit comfortably for the duration of the appointment.
5. Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Consultations are available for clients who need assistance selecting a style, have concerns regarding hair growth or scalp health, or would like a customized healthy hair plan.
6. Where will my appointment take place?
Lovely Braids & Twist operates from multiple salon locations throughout Indianapolis. Your appointment confirmation will indicate the specific location where your service will be performed.

7. Can I request a specific location?
Yes. Location requests may be accommodated based on availability. Please include your preferred location when booking or contacting us before your appointment.
8. Do you offer house call appointments?
Yes. House call appointments are available for an additional travel fee. Travel fees vary based on distance and will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.
9. How much is the deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be displayed during the booking process and applied toward your service total.
10. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled for at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date when rescheduling requirements are met.
11. What happens if I am late?
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may require rescheduling.
12. Do you offer touch-up services?
Yes. Select styles may qualify for touch-up services. Please contact us for eligibility and pricing.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Cash, Debit Cards/Credit Cards, and Cash App/Zelle
14. Are refunds available?
Due to the time, products, and customization involved in each service, refunds are not provided. Any concerns regarding workmanship should be reported within 72 hours of your appointment so we can address them appropriately.
