HAIR PREPARATION POLICY
• All services include a shampoo and conditioning treatment unless otherwise noted.
• Clients should arrive with hair free of excessive product buildup.
• Please inform me of any scalp conditions, sensitivities, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment.
HOUSE CALL APPOINTMENTS
• House call appointments are available for an additional travel fee.
• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and adequate workspace.
• Travel fees vary based on location and will be discussed at the time of booking.
BOOKING POLICY
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash
• Credit/Debit Card
• Zelle/Cash App
• Other approved electronic payment methods
LATE POLICY
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee.
• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and forfeit their deposit.
• Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit all deposits and may require full payment before future appointments can be booked.
CHILDREN'S APPOINTMENTS
• Children must be able to sit safely for the duration of the service.
• Parents or guardians must remain available throughout the appointment.
• Excessive movement or behavior that prevents safe completion of the service may require the appointment to be stopped or rescheduled.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
• Due to limited space, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Children not receiving services should not accompany clients to appointments.
SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY
• Client satisfaction is important.
• Any concerns regarding your style must be reported within 72 hours of the appointment.
• Adjustments related to workmanship will be addressed at no additional charge when appropriate.
• No refunds are provided for completed services.
HEALTHY HAIR COMMITMENT
At Lovely Braids & Twist, healthy hair always comes first. Services may be modified or declined if a style is determined to place excessive stress on the hair or scalp. Recommendations will be provided to help maintain the integrity and health of your natural hair.
